Clear boundaries for customer data.

This notice covers the Redavo website and Inbox Audit requests. A customer pilot has its own signed data processing agreement and customer-provided privacy information.

Website inquiries

For an email trial, we use your email address to send a verification link and recognize your forwarded messages. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the signup request for automated abuse. We keep hashed request identifiers to enforce limits. We do not add your address to a marketing list, and you do not connect your mailbox.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on public marketing pages to see aggregate visits, page views and page performance. Private trial and report pages are excluded. We do not send email addresses or private result links to analytics, and skip URLs with query strings or fragments.

Pilot data

Trial links expire after seven days. We store extracted findings and message metadata rather than copies of message bodies or attachment files in the application database. Trial records are removed by scheduled cleanup after 90 days. Forwarded originals remain in the receiving Gmail mailbox until removed; request deletion at hello@redavo.se. Only forward information you are permitted to share.

For a connected pilot, the customer decides the purpose and lawful basis. Redavo processes one approved mailbox under documented instructions. The mailbox connection is read-only during the audit and the shadow run. No replies are sent and no ERP records are changed. The signed agreement defines the mailbox, sample, retention, subprocessors, locations, and deletion process.

Service providers and transfers

Redavo currently uses Google Cloud for application infrastructure and WorkOS for authentication. Their processing terms and locations are reviewed in the customer DPA. We do not claim that every service stays exclusively in the EEA unless that is confirmed in the signed customer configuration.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or delete an Inbox Audit inquiry by emailing hello@redavo.se. For mailbox data, contact the customer organization that controls the mailbox. Mailbox access can be revoked separately from the website form.
